Yo Yo Honey Singh Resurfaces!
He was MIA, but this afternoon we saw posts on his FB account that hint his return
Seems, Yo Yo Honey Singh who was last seen on TV show India's Raw Star is back.
Around 2 pm today, the Punjabi rock star claimed on his Facebook account that he has begun 2015 spending time with a bunch of underprivileged kids from an orphanage.
The pictures show a slightly plump version of the otherwise lean Honey. Blame it on the medicines he is having since the past 60 days?
The rapper had walked out of the show midway in early November 2014. Buzz was, he is very unwell.
There were several about his health status, but none of those defined his illness.
Last but maybe not the least, there was talk that Shah Rukh Khan had slapped him during the Slam Tour undertaken before Happy New Year hit the theatres.
His wife Shalini Singh finally came out in mid-November to deny the hearsay. She told a section of the media:
"He's physically and emotionally so weak, he often breaks down when he reads all these false reports (about his health).
Why would he (Shah Rukh Khan) slap him? Doctors had advised Honey not to travel out of the country for the Slam tour but he had given his word to Shah Rukh Khan, so he went with him. However, on seeing his condition, bhai kept telling him to take it easy and not to perform if he wasn’t being able to. Bhai asked Honey to take care of his health. He was very understanding. On the tour, Honey was on heavy medication for his BP, and he slipped and fell during the rehearsals and injured his back and head. He was thus forced to come back home."
A few days back, Honey returned to his Twitter handle (which lay unattended since two months). But rumour mills continued to work overtime. The recent buzz was, a ghost-writer is writing for him.
Yo Yo (as Honey Singh is fondly called in the film industry) is known for chartbusters like G phaad ke, Baby doll, Love dose, Desi kalakaar and Blue eyes among others.
We can only hope that his Facebook account is not being ghost operated and the pictures posted with the underprivileged kids are indeed recent.
